Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
New client acquisition and business development.
Ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and explored.
Ensuring timely response and excellent level of client service to all enquiries and active projects.
Travel, attain meetings with prospect clients as per business requirements.
Adhere company registration process with new clients.
Negotiating & winning business and handing over accounts to the project manager.
Developing strong relationships with existing clients and developing other opportunities.
Handover post first event to client servicing team.
Updating the creative / CS team on credentials, show reels, website, newsletters and other tools.
Guiding creative development, proposal (PPT) preparation and presentation.
End to end development of pitch presentations in coordination with the design and operations team.
Managing internal pitch process, taking and writing brief, in internal meetings.
MBA marketing with engineering background preferable or high proven track record in similar roles.
Excellent communications skills.
Key skills :
IT experience is a must.

Experience : 1-7 years preferred.
