We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development Team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy through campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, LinkedIn automation etc.
- Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness - Create and manage link-building and content marketing strategies.
Measure ROIs and KPIs. - Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the website.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply them to ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor and manage online reputation through proactive engagement on social media and review platforms.
- Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and implement necessary adjustments to maximize organic search visibility.
- Should possess MBA-Marketing preferable, Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Experience : 5+ years preferred.
